The Luminary, Dar es Salaam is a new office and retail scheme with onsite parking. Situated in one of the city’s most spectacular areas, a center of culture and creativity, and home to Dar es Salaam’s friendliest citizens. This is an exciting new development that reflects the city’s modern outlook.

The Luminary offers a fantastic place to work with a vast and spacious floor area of 4400 square meters. Basement as well as outdoor car parking with over 150 spaces. Every aspect of the design mechanism gone into building The Luminary was finished to the last detail in a manner that would please the eye.

Besides the charm and sheer splendor of The Luminary as can be visualized from the outside, there is more waiting inside. Designed by the best international architects, each aspect of this building is as delightful as it is useful. The grand lobby space, the café, and the helipad have all been made to spell the distinction in design.

Estim was the winner of the African Property Awards in Office Development Category 2015-2016.

The Luminary also has a Helipad on top of the building.
